Roxas finished smashing the computer, the one that ruined his life. He swung around angrily and stalked off into an unknown room where he found Sora, fast asleep.

DiZ appeared before him. His eyes narrowed, his hand clenched tightly around the keyblade as he swung it back and forth wildly, attempting to attack him. He was familiar. He was the one who did this to him. It was all about that Sora!

"My heart is my own!" Roxas cried, spinning around. Everything has gone white.

When Roxas awakened, he found himself face to face with....

You just...went out. I shook and called your name and you didn't even move. I don't even know how long it's been.

[Roxas scoots a little closer and cuddles to him, because it's really nice.]

I'm sorry Lea, I didn't mean to.

I know, I know, just don't do it again, okay?

[He doesn't even notice the cuddling right now, that's how preoccupied he is with just having Roxas back.]

Okay Lea, I won't!

[Maybe he can't promise that, but he can try.]

[Lea nods and moves to let him go, but then he realizes how Roxas has snuggled up against him. It can't hurt to let him, right? He just loosens the deathgrip he's had on him and holds him a little more gently.]

Why can't I just have a bad day without you trying to outdo me, huh?

I didn't mean to!

[Roxas gives him a shocked look and he ducks his head again, leaning against his chest.]

I'm sorry you had a bad day.

I just wanted to come home and take a nap, but noooo.

[He rests his cheek on the impossible blond pile of fluff that is the top of Roxas' head. Hey, he's had a big shock today, so maybe it's okay to do something like this right now.]

Well you could take a nap now?

[Roxas tilts his head back to look at Lea.]

Hmmm, but then I'd have to get up and move and everything.

[He hunches over and pretends to snore into Roxas' hair.]

Wah! If you sleep on me, I'll get squished!

Gee, that's awful.

Axel!

[Roxas whines a little, pushing at his chest.]

I don't want to be squished. What if I died?

[by_heart]

You're not gonna die if I sleep on you. Don't be a baby.

[He sits up a little though since, you know, he was kind of afraid that that had actually happened a few minutes ago.]

Okay, fine.

[Roxas squirms until he's comfortable and leans back against Lea's chest. If he's going to use him as a pillow, the favour's going to be returned. Fortunately Lea will be able to feel that he's breathing, warm and just as alive as he should be, lying in his arms]

Just don't squish me. You grew too big.

Well, catch up already. I'm done.

[Once Roxas is settled, he rests his cheek on his hair again and lets his eyes drift shut. He doesn't even care that maybe this isn't the most comfortable position in the world, he has Roxas right where he needs him and that's all that matters.]

Would have liked to have grown out a little and not just up, though, but you take what you can get. You look like you managed to find enough room.

I think you're just weirdly tall. Sora's as tall as me!

[Roxas' hair is probably soft, since the standing up it does is natural.]

Are you saying I'm too fat?

[He pinches Roxas' side.]

You're gonna be if you keep eating ice cream for dinner. You're gonna be round and I'll still be a great big stick no matter how much I eat.

Aye! [He yelps when pinched.]

I will not! That doesn't sound very fair. You be the one that gets fat.

Never gonna happen. I'm gonna be skinny as a rail forever.

[Really, he thinks it must not be that comfortable for Roxas right now, trying to make a pillow out of a scarecrow like him.]

I was so cute as a kid, too. What the hell happened?

I don't know, I wasn't there.

[Don't think that Lea, he's perfectly comfortable. Roxas blinks at him.]

You used to be a kid?

[Lea cracks open one eye.]

Of course I did. What, you think I was always like this? You're the one who just popped magically into existence. The rest of us had to do it the normal way.

Hmmm. I guess I never thought about it.

[Something he can ruminate over.]

I mean, I guess I did kinda magically pop into existence this time around, but the first time was normal.

[He's still not sure how the whole thing worked. Ienzo and the rest have probably figured it all out by now, but he's never bothered to ask or even given himself the opportunity to. It was better for Roxas to settle down in the Destiny Islands near Sora, Riku and Kairi and, to be honest, better for Lea as well. It was sort of a way to make a new start to things and to make it easier to avoid all his memories of Radiant Garden.]

It's okay Axel, you have me around, right?

[He closes his eyes, smiling a bit. Roxas really wouldn't be anywhere Lea wasn't, even though Sora, Riku and Kairi are pretty great.]

LEA. And I was just talking about it, too. Sometimes I think you do it on purpose.

[He shakes Roxas back and forth a little, just to be a jerk. If he's going to let him hold him like this, he's going to have to deal with the consequences.]
